How we got here.

435 Property Management began as PC-MowBros.com, a lawn care operation the siblings launched as PCHS students to fund their competitive sports programs. What started as a way to cover training, travel, and equipment grew through referrals, reinvestment, and showing up to do the work right.

As client demand expanded, so did the scope of services. Mulch delivery. Aeration and dethatching. Sealcoating. Full-service landscaping. Each addition answered what property owners in Summit County were asking for.

Today we work with full-time Park City residents and second homeowners who want their property cared for by a team that actually lives and works here. From 71 cuts in our first season to more than 1,500 a season today.

Johann, David & Elsa

JohannCo-founder and operations lead at 435 Property Management. Manages day-to-day client coordination and service scheduling across Summit County. Has worked the Park City outdoor property market since the company launched under PC-MowBros.com.

DavidCo-founder and active member of the 435 team. Has been part of field and client operations since the company's launch, contributing to service delivery and growth in the Park City and Summit County market.

ElsaPart of the 435 team since early on, contributing to scheduling, customer communication, and field support through the full Park City season. A reliable and hardworking member of the operation.

All three are PCHS graduates and Park City natives; their backgrounds in competitive athletics - Johann and David in track, Elsa committed to Ohio State's soccer program - built the discipline and work ethic the company runs on.
