Sun exposure and growing conditions
Sunny lawns, shaded edges and planted beds respond differently to snowmelt and dry spells. Soil, slope and existing irrigation affect new sod, bed work and routine care. Park City's growing season is short. We plan around the areas you want to improve or maintain.
Seasonal snow and driveway details
Drives include asphalt, concrete, pavers and gravel, with different slopes and turning room. Snow removal here is by waitlist this season. Enter your details on the snow page and we text you if a spot opens. Share shared-road responsibilities, parking and access details. Snow load on nearby trees and changing meltwater routes affect paths and entries. HOA rules differ. Check yours and tell us.

Trees, landscapes and access
Lodgepole and ponderosa pine, spruce, aspen, apple and mountain ash grow locally. Snow load affects limbs, and spring melt can expose runoff around beds. We provide mowing, cleanup, mulch, aeration, sealcoating and tree work. Cleanup clears leaves and branches. Shade affects irrigation. We note visible tree condition. Pruning and removal account for nearby buildings and access. Tell us about irrigation, nearby structures, gates or parking limits, and identify areas that should stay undisturbed.
