Different homes need different scopes
Some properties have established lawns and planted beds; others use rock, gravel or hardscape. Grade, sun and drainage differ across each parcel. High elevation brings a short growing season, while winter snow and freezing temperatures affect outdoor work. We plan around the installed landscape and the outdoor areas you want us to address.
Driveways, winter snow and shared expectations
Driveways include asphalt, concrete, pavers and gravel, with turns, slopes and limited equipment space. Snow removal here is by waitlist this season. Enter your details on the snow page and we text you if a spot opens. Share gates, parking and shared-road access notes. Spring melt can affect drainage and walking routes. HOA rules differ. Check yours and tell us.

Plantings, trees and outdoor services
Pines, spruce, aspen, apple and mountain ash grow in the area. Snow load, shade, wind and irrigation affect trees, lawns and beds. Spring melt can expose drainage or erosion concerns around plantings. Nearby structures matter when you ask about pruning or removal. We provide mowing, mulch, aeration, landscape work, sealcoating and tree services. Tell us the property address, areas you want covered and any access instructions. We can review work near homes.
